Do I need to send my old engine upfront?
No upfront core is required. You have 30 days after receiving your rebuilt engine to send back your old core.
What if I don't have a core, or my core has a cracked case?
If the core isn’t returned within 30 days, a $1,500 core value fee applies instead, and the engine’s warranty stays active once that’s resolved. If the returned core has a cracked or broken case, a $1,000 fee applies in addition to standard processing. The core is still accepted under the standard 30-day return window, and your warranty remains valid.
How long until I get my rebuilt engine?
Orders are typically built and shipped within about a week of ordering.
Can I return my engine?
All sales are final once shipped, since each engine is custom-built to order.
